We have experience in a great number of industries, enabling us to confidently undertake the design of LV control panels and complex systems.

The service we offer to clients takes your initial concept in order to produce a design that will bring your ideas to life.

Our method of work is that we start all projects by requesting a concept pack from you, our client. This could be anything from a rough set of notes to a full user requirement specification. Once our engineering team have discussed the concept, we arrange a meeting with the you to discuss all ideas. We then formulate and agree actions to take us to the final design, where the team then produce the GAs for client approval, leading on to the schematic diagrams. At all key stages in the design process we implement design reviews to ensure that the final outcomes of the project meet with all your expectations.

The final outcome would be a full set of GAs, schematics and a bill of materials. The client can then utilise their own in house panel shop or local panel building company to build the panel if required. An alternative that we can offer is to have the panel built and tested by one of our approved panel builders. If Systems Design undertakes the build for the client, we would carry out inspections during the build and conduct a full panel test at the end of the process.

The same process of initial meeting, design reviews and inspections are always carried out on all projects handled by Systems Design, whether a small panel to control a single motor starter or a complex control system to run a production plant.
